A Christmas gift they unwrap on their phone
Letters that stay sealed until Christmas Eve, a star with their name on it, or the miles between you counted down to the day you meet. Made in about 15 minutes, sent as one link.
Open When…
Sealed letters for the moments you can't be there.
A Star For You
An old brass observatory, a telescope, and one star in the real sky with their name on it
Miles Apart
An airmail letter for long distance — the real km between you, both your clocks, and a boarding pass to the next hug
Christmas in India has its own rhythm: plum cake from the old bakery, the lights on Park Street or in Bandra's lanes, midnight mass in Goa or Shillong, an office Secret Santa with a ₹500 limit, and the one friend who puts up a full tree in a 1BHK. The cards and the gift-wrapped boxes are lovely, but what people keep is the note that sounds like you.
We don't have a Christmas-only template yet, so here are the three that fit best. Open When… (₹29) is a bundle of sealed letters, and you can lock each envelope until a date: one for Christmas Eve, one for Christmas morning, one for New Year's Eve, or twelve that open one a day up to the 25th. A Star For You (₹49) opens an old observatory on the real night sky; they hunt with a telescope until it clicks onto a star named for them (a sentimental naming, not an official one), and keep a star-chart poster. Miles Apart (₹39) is for when you're spending the holidays in different cities or countries: a little plane flies the real distance between you, both your clocks tick side by side, and a boarding pass counts down to the day you next meet.
Every gift is a private link with an optional 4-digit code. Preview every screen before you pay, schedule it to unlock at midnight on the 25th if you like, and read their reply at the end.
Ideas to put in it
- Write twelve Open When… envelopes, each locked until one of the twelve days before Christmas.
- Lock the last envelope until Christmas Eve and call it 'open when the tree lights are on'.
- Use the photo from last year's Christmas party, the one with the terrible Santa hat.
- Name their star after an inside joke, then write its 'catalogue card' like a real astronomer would.
- Apart for the holidays? Set Miles Apart's boarding pass to the day you're back in the same city.
- For Secret Santa, pair a small physical gift with a QR code that opens your note.
- End with a question for the new year so they actually use the reply box.

Questions
Is there a Christmas template?
Not a Christmas-only one yet. Open When… (₹29), A Star For You (₹49) and Miles Apart (₹39) all work beautifully for Christmas because the words, photos and unlock dates are yours.
Can the gift open exactly on Christmas Eve or at midnight on the 25th?
Yes. Set an unlock time and the whole page waits with a countdown until then. In Open When… you can also keep individual envelopes sealed until a date, like 24 or 25 December.
Is the star in A Star For You a real star?
They find it in the real night sky, but the name is sentimental, not official. Nobody can really buy or register a star, and the gift says so honestly.
Will it open for someone abroad?
Yes. It is a web link that opens in any phone browser, in any country, straight from WhatsApp or Instagram.
