Awwdrop sells digital products only: personalised gift web pages hosted at a private link. Nothing is shipped, and there are no delivery charges.

How you receive your gift

• Delivery is instant. As soon as your payment succeeds, your gift goes live and you get its private link and QR code on screen.
• The gift is also saved to your account, so you can find it again any time under My gifts.
• You share the link with the person it's for, on WhatsApp, Instagram, email or any other app. If you set an opening time, it opens for them then.

How long it stays online

A paid gift stays online for one year from purchase, and you can renew it for another year at any time.

If something goes wrong

If you were charged but didn't get your link, write to devjunctionofficial@gmail.com or call +91 99717 05774 with your payment ID and we'll sort it out, usually within a day. See our refund policy for when we refund in full.
